Setting Up Master Sheets in Lead Gantt
LeadGantt runs on the five master sheets and you should set up the master sheets before you start creating your Gantt chart. All the other sheets in your Gantt chart are basically powered by the master sheets.
The below screenshot shows the LeadGantt interface:
The Contacts sheet allows you to add contact details of people who are going to be part of the project or will be performing tasks in the project or people that you would want to communicate with or people who you would like to share the project with.
1. Enter the Name, Email Address, and Company Name for each contact.
All the contacts that you add to this sheet, will be available in the Responsible and Email columns, in your Baseline sheet, and any other sheets of your project.
When you select the required contact in the Responsible dropdown list, the Email field will be populated automatically.
The Stages sheet allows you to add different stages of the project, with a brief description for each stage.
2. Enter the Stage name and a brief description of the stage of the project.
All the stages that you add to this sheet, will be available in the STAGES column, in your Baseline sheet, and any other sheets of your project.
The Holidays sheet, also a master sheet, allows you to add the list of holidays for your team.
3. Select the Date and enter the holiday name (Description) in this sheet.
You can delete the entire preexisting holiday list and enter new holidays as per your requirement.
You can hide/show the master sheets in LeadGantt.
