Development Entity's Other Income
This section deals with Other Income which a development entity would make, from the time it is holding the property.
Other income is related and carried from the LD- Master Data.
Notice that Other income could be Rental income, Interest Earned, and so on.
- Let us take Rental Income as an example, and say, it is 5000 per month.
- Select the start date, duration, forecast and s-curve rate.
- After entering the input to Rental Income, click Save And Refresh.
Notice that the income will be distributed for 6 months.
If the forecasting method and s-curve rate is empty, an ERROR message will be displayed.
Repeat the same process for all the other incomes that you wish to calculate.
