More often than not this an internet connectivity problem, even if you find your Netflix or other websites loading fine. The reason being that various websites use the internet differently from Google Sheets.
Check the following first:
- Make sure you are using Google Chrome As Your Web browser.
- Make sure you are logged in Google Chrome with the same email address you used when you signed up for the add-on.
- Make sure you are logged in to Google Sheets with the same email address you used when you signed up for the add-on.
- Make sure that you are logged into one Google Account which is the same account you used for signing up for our Add-ons.
To rule out internet connectivity as the issue try the following:
- Change your internet connection
- Hot-Spot the internet from your mobile phone.
- Take your laptop to a friend's place and try loading the same addon using the new internet connection.
